You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Jobstreet.lk set out below as the terms and conditions of your use of this website. You agree that by confirming your acceptance and logging your details that you will access, order products or use the services on our website in accordance with those terms and conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
The contents of this website such as text, images, graphics, trademarks, trade names and service marks belong to Jobstreet.lk and covered by Intellectual Property Laws. No part of this website may be reproduced, adapted, modified or redistributed in any form during or after ceasing to be a member or a user without prior written consent from Jobstreet.lk. The contents of the website are regularly updated and revised and the copyright owner remains the same. You are permitted to use material for your own personal non commercial use and for that purpose only you may copy and print such material on this website.
The "Learning Environment" and "e-community" are services that provide members the option to post articles, photos or pictures on the website and sharing such material. The companies or employers are permitted to advertise their vacancies using material such as text, images, photos or pictures as a part of the services provided by Jobstreet.lk. In such event Jobstreet.lk will not take any liability or responsibility for third party intellectual property violations committed by members, users, companies or employers. Jobstreet.lk reserves its right to remove such material without any notice and take criminal and civil action against such party who posts material that infringes intellectual property rights.
No obscene, offensive, defamatory or racially prejudiced material or material which do not relate to the user and false material will be permitted to be posted on our website. Jobstreet.lk will remove such material without any notice and will take appropriate legal action against such party who posted the material. In any event Jobstreet.lk reserves its right not to publish any article on the website without assigning any reason whatsoever.

"member" shall mean an individual subscriber, a company, an employer or user who is registered on our website including his/its successors and permitted assigns
4. Exclusion of Liability/Disclaimer
We disclaim responsibility for any consequences arising from your access to or use of this website or any links. All contents which is included is entirely at the sole discretion of Jobstreet.lk and may be altered or deleted at any time. Any material which you add to this site by way of postings or otherwise shall not be defamatory, in breach of copyright and shall either be cleared for use in this manner or shall be your own original material. You agree that we shall have the right to use any such material in our publicity, advertising or transmission for the purposes of our website.
6. Use of data
The information we gather on our website will be used to provide products or services offered by us. Such information we gather will be transmitted to companies or employers who seek to fill employment vacancies. The articles and other material posted on our site by the members will be used for services referred to in the "Learning Environment" and "e-community". In addition those information will be used by us to contact you, for statistics and for advertising purposes.
7. Fees and Payments
Job seeking members need not make any payment to use services on our website. However other members will be required to pay the Subscription fees or payments set out on our site in order to use such services offered by us. The fees or payments will be payable on the date of sign-in for services on Jobstreet.lk or any other date stipulated by Jobstreet.lk on invoices issued to members. The members may be required to provide deposits in order to provide certain services and amount of such deposits will be determined or altered at the sole discretion Jobstreet.lk. Jobstreet.lk reserves its right to claim interest for any amount payable to Jobstreet.lk which is delayed by the members. If fees or payments due to Jobstreet.lk as aforesaid are not paid as stipulated therein such members will be removed from our database without giving any notice.
8. Confidentiality and the Disclosure of Information
The nature of services offered by is such that we need to divulge personal information to companies or employers who are seeking to fill their vacancies. In such event it is implied that you consent for disclosure of information to such companies or employers. The other services such as "Learning Environment" and "e-community" will be services that will have materials collected from members and which may be transmitted to other members. It is not the policy of Jobstreet.lk to divulge information received or collected from members to third parties other than for the purposes of Jobstreet.lk.
10.Termination of Service & Liability
Notwithstanding any other provisions set out herein this Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving 30 days notice to the other party a) if the other party commits a material breach of the terms and conditions; b) if the member has provided false and incomplete information to Jobstreet.lk; c) If the member has posted obscene, offensive, defamatory or racially prejudiced material or material that infringe intellectual property rights of third parties to Jobstreet.lk; d) If it is not in the best interest of members to provide services by Jobstreet.lk; e) If the member is declared to be a bankrupt person/body or is in the process of being wound up by a Court of Law or being wound up voluntarily. The termination under this clause shall not prejudice the rights and remedies of the parties that accrued prior to the date of termination.
Jobstreet.lk reserves its right to amend the terms and conditions of this agreement without any notice to the members. The members will be prompted to these amendments and have the option to accept or decline the amended terms and conditions. If the member declines to accept the amendments this Agreement will terminate immediately. In such event liabilities that accrued to the member prior to the termination of the Agreement will continue. If the member continues to use the site without accepting the amended terms and conditions of this Agreement he is considered to have accepted such terms and conditions.
