Programmes designed to address Leadership Development and the John Keells Behavioural Competencies are facilitated by Centre, while other Competencies are addressed through training facilitated by the Sectors
Reputed professional external trainers are engaged by us for our training activities in addition to the in house trainers we have in the Leisure and Consumer Foods & Retail Sectors.
Our training initiatives are supported by pre-programme preparation involving objective setting with supervisor, pre assessment sessions,and post programme follow up sessions and evaluation by supervisor to ascertain the application of learning on the job by the participant.
