The Mission of the PIBT is to provide ICT and Management education and training which is current, affordable and of the highest quality to Business, Industry, Government and individuals throughout Sri Lanka and to be the leading education institute that provides IT graduates with both knowledge and expertise into the Sri Lankan job market.

PIBT is a Direct Partner of The University of Greenwich - United Kingdom (www.gre.ac.uk). By providing and maintaining an excellent lecture panel with practical experience we hope to build people with knowledge and practical exposure to produce the most demanding graduates in Sri Lanka. PIBT imparts knowledge for prospective candidates of degree programs with the objective of enhancing their professional capacities for the organization they serve and enhancing the lives of community.

PIBT is a limited liability company organized with the objective offering Degree Programs from well recognized universities abroad in order to conduct education in two streams in Information Technology and Management leading up to Doctoral Qualifications.

PIBT is one of the well planned organizations to meet the challenges posed by the mega environment. As an answer to impacts of Global finance recession, PIBT along with few local and international organizations are offering scholarship programmes for Undergraduate IT Degree Students to complete the degree programmes at an affordable cost. This is only for the Students register in the year 2009.
