Responsibilities
•    Product development as per the market requirement in order to achieve foot wear category requirement enabling the Retail and Wholesale channels to achieve the sales targets while maintaining the strong competitive position in the market
•    Preparing and implementing the yearly and monthly merchandise plan to meet individual store requirement.
•    Conduct market surveys to update with timely  market feed back
•    Control of island vide merchandise distribution ensuring individual store requirement

Qualifications
•    Age between 25 – 30
•    Degree / Diploma in Marketing (SLIM/CIM) along with adequate computer literacy to handle the function
•    Good command in English with analytical and  presentation skills
•    MBA would be an added qualification
•    3 years related work experience in reputed Marketing organization.
